Square Roots is an urban farming accelerator with ten hydroponic, vertical farms located in Brooklyn. Nabeela Lakhani is a Square Roots farmer, social entrepreneur and food lover, who believes in the power of smart, sustainable, mission-driven models and real, delicious food to strengthen communities, local food economies and health. Nabeela and other Square Roots farmers will be sampling a variety of freshly harvested leafy greens and speaking about sustainable local agriculture. Plus, they’ll be providing specially made lunch sandwiches!
