Or, are you the opposite, being so productive, you can’t possibly keep it up and know burnout is coming? If any of this rings true (and it’s not your reminder alarm), join us in this workshop to discover simple and even, dare we say, fun solutions to help you master time, especially in the time of Corona.

In this 30-minute session with the Handel Group, you’ll learn to:

1:00 PM – WFH flow: How to use human design to optimize your work style

Are you hitting some challenges in your workflow while WFH? Come learn how you can use your Human Design style to optimize your working style and schedule.

Human Design is a system that guides us to live in flow. By bringing awareness to how your unique energy and intuition work, you can come into greater alignment with your natural state of ease, joy, and ultimately, our highest potential and purpose.

It combines modern physics with ancient wisdom (like the chakra system, astrology, and the I Ching), to provide a comprehensive view of human nature. Each person falls into a specific energy type (i.e. Manifestor, Generator, Projector) with a distinct inner authority.

We’ll cover:

What energy type you are

How each type best works

Practical tips for adjusting your work environment.

Victoria Jane is a human design reader and coach based in California. Her mission is to guide entrepreneurs to use Human Design to live vibrantly – with less hustle and more flow.

After a decade in Silicon Valley achieving everything she thought she was supposed to – a coveted career, great salary, and all the free snacks, she was earthquaked into the harsh reality: she was exhausted, burnt out, and in danger of doing irreparable damage to her health. As she searched for how to heal not just her body, but her spirit, she discovered Human Design.

Learning her unique design changed her life. It reconnected her back to living in alignment with her energy and intuition (which she’d forgotten how to do despite all her “self care”). It gave her permission to let go of the “shoulds” and start living for herself. From this experience, she is passionate about sharing Human Design with others so they can boldly live their truth.

FRIDAY, APRIL 24th

2:00 pm ET – Act Against Harassment – An Interactive Virtual Workshop

What do stories of harassment have in common and what can they teach us ?

The #metoo movement has made clear that harassment is prevalent in all spheres of society. Thousands of stories, previously unheard or invisibilized, have hit the media, showing how far harassment can go.

However, there are things each of us can do before harassment goes that far. Each and every story of harassment has something to tell us about how we can identify and address harassment in its early stages, and help create environments where everyone can thrive. This 1-hour virtual workshop will cover:

How to identify harassment and be aware of its warning signs using the Red Flag System developed in Period’s “It’s Not That Grey” Guide on sexual harassment

Concrete tools and methods to intervene as a bystander to stop harassment from developing further

How to create positive change by changing the culture around harassment in your surroundings

Juliette Sanchez-Lambert is an independent trainer, facilitator and consultant specializing in harassment prevention. She is based in Brussels, Belgium. In 2019 she co-authored ‘It’s not that grey’, a practical guide which deconstructs the so-called “grey zone” of sexual harassment by giving concrete tools to identify, bust myths around it and fight harassment.

She has seven years of experience in the field of human rights, with expertise on women’s rights, LGBTQI+ rights, and refugee and migrant rights. Juliette worked with international organizations, European institutions, and NGOs. Juliette also coaches people who have long been job-seeking on the art of crafting job applications that do justice to their skills and experience, so they gain back confidence in what they have to offer to the job market.
