SUMMARY:Leading Product Strategy as a Founder – A Workshop
DESCRIPTION:As a founder\, you’re a key part of product and tech strategy\, whether or not it’s your expertise. \nYou also don’t have time for full-blown product processes\, and your team probably isn’t big enough to need all of them. \nAbout the Event\nIn this workshop\, we’ll walk through product processes customized for lean startup teams that will make your team more efficient and strategic—so you can have a bigger impact with less effort. You’ll also get the chance to raise any current product challenges and strategize solutions with the group. \nAbout the Speaker\nWith 14+ years in data and product roles\, Iggy Moliver supports startups with product strategy and development as Head of Product at Remedy Product Studio. Iggy previously founded OnePlayce (acq. SUMMARY:A$AP Foundation- Fentanyl Testing Kit Building!
DESCRIPTION:The Yard partners with the A$AP Foundation\, members at our Lower East Side location. The A$AP Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to providing young people with accessible and realistic education about substance use and abuse. The foundation was started in honor of the late Steven “A$AP Yams” Rodriquez\, founder of A$AP Mob.\n\nAll Yard locations are stocked with fentanyl testing kits which the foundation provides us for free. They rely on volunteers to help fill the testing kits and donations to help keep the foundation going\, which is why we will be hosting a test kit night Friday April 4th  at The Yard’s Lower East Side location. Fentanyl contamination is a growing crisis\, and access to education and testing strips can save lives. Together\, we’re equipping our community with the tools to stay safer and support one another. \n\nWhat’s the vibe….?\n– Meet the A$AP Foundation team\n– Learn about the foundation + their mission\n– Help build fentanyl testing kits\n– Enjoy drinks by SunBoy and burritos by Son Del North\n\nWe think this is a great way to start your weekend. To let us know you’re coming\, RSVP on the calendar. If you can’t make it but want to support\, consider donating to the directly to the organization here. Be sure to add “Yard Member” to the notes section!
