Perched atop the penthouse pavilion on the roof of The Yard: Lower East Side shared office space, The Roof at Delancey is a rooftop rental space in NYC offering a uniquely inspiring 360-degree panoramic view of Lower Manhattan from the Freedom Tower to the Madison Square Park Clocktower. The Roof at Delancey can host 60 people, seated on the cedar-wood stairs or standing above them. The stairs can also be used for a screening with projector and audio.

NYC rooftop rental space includes:

• Patio furniture
• Use of (2) monitor speakers, (1) 8-channel mixer, (2) microphones, (3) electrical outlets, (1) projector screen, (1) projector
• 2 levels of rooftop space
• Up to 3 on-site staff members to assist with the logistics of your event

Pricing:

• Sunday – Thursday: $5500 + security deposit
• Friday & Saturday:  $7500 + security deposit
