Tucked away in the heart of Manhattan, the cozy, carpeted stadium stairs are the centerpiece of The Yard: Herald Square. With seating for up to 40 people, banked with a 16-foot projection screen, and backdropped by our 22-foot ceilings, The Stairs offers a truly unique coworking event space in NYC for your next panel, conference, or presentation. The Stairs at Herald Square is minutes from Penn Station and the 34th Street Subway stops making it easily accessible from anywhere in New York, North New Jersey, and Long Island.

NYC Event Space includes:

• Seating for 40 on stairs and additional seating options
• Use of (2) monitor speakers, (1) 8-channel mixer, (1) microphones, (2) electrical outlets, (1) full-wall projector screen
• Kitchen area with 6 chairs and 3 bar height long tables.
• Up to 2 on-site staff to help with the logistics of your event

Pricing: $1,000/hour venue fee + security deposit

Capacity: 60 guests
